Inspections

There’s more to moving tenants in than signing a lease and giving them the key. Completing a property inspection before residents move in or out of the property will hold them accountable for damages they cause and reduce the likelihood for security deposit disputes.

With all the features in the rental property, it’s easy to overlook the small stuff during the inspection. We will use our checklist to note the carpet condition, any cracked tiles in the bathroom, or marks on the wall so we won’t mistakenly charge the residents for damages they didn’t cause.

Included in this checklist are:
Inspection items broken down by room
Columns to keep track of repair costs
Extra fields to personalize the inspection for your property’s features
Fields for your residents’ future address so you can follow up if needed
There’s a lot to keep track of when residents move, so we make sure you protect yourself and your investment by documenting the property’s condition.
Perform periodic inspections (Inside and outside) on a predefined schedule looking for repair needs, safety hazards, code violations, lease violations, etc.
Send owner periodic reports on the condition of the property
